Apparel Accessories Inspection Service

Colorfastness Check (Dry)

3 samples, at least 1 sample per style

· No defect allowed.

· Rub each type of surface 10 times with a clean dry white cloth

· Include logo markings and all   other surface coatings

· No excessive color transfer

Colorfastness Check (Wet)

3 samples, at least 1 sample per style

· No defect allowed.

· Rub each type of surface 10 times with a clean wet white cloth

· Include logo markings and all other surface coatings

· No excessive color transfer

Drop Test

(Apply to jewelry with stone embellishment, glue assembly, prong setting)

3 samples, at least 1 sample per style

· No defect allowed.

· No release or damage of any component and shall function as intended after conducted test.

Pull Test

(Apply to jewelry with hanging components, chain/strand construction, magnetic closure & belt)

3 samples, at least 1 sample per style

· No defect allowed.

· Shall meet the minimum attachment strength requirement.

· Shall not exhibit any detachment, defect or damage of any component and shall function as intended after conducted test.

5.

Puffs Quantity Counting

(Physical counting whether the units within one set are accurate.)


S-3, at least 1 packaging unit per style.


· No defect allowed.

· If no range or tolerance is provided by client or in specification, set the tolerance=-0% (not less than claimed).


6.

Soak Saturation Verification

(Measure the weight of each dry puff and record the reading (A).

Then spray water to puff surface till it absorbs water completely and thoroughly (Hang the puff vertically to make sure no water drips within 10sec). Record the wet puff weight (B). Soak saturation rate C. C(C=B/Ax100%))

5 samples, at least 1 sample per style.


· No defect allowed.·

· Conformance per printed information.

· Report actual soak saturation rate if no range or tolerance.


7.

Complex Function Check

Spray water to puff enough. Apply the wet puff to daub the back of hand with normal force (3~5 lbs)

5 samples, at least 1 sample per style.


· No defect allowed.

· No cotton residue detached from puff.

· No breakage or torn off.

8.

Internal Stuffing Cleanness Check

(Select a clean area, cut the product and expand stuffing inside.)

3 samples, at least 1 sample per style.


· No defect allowed.

· The cotton fiber should be white, clean and new.

· No foreign matter.
