It then implements the accepted disposition, which may require restoring the reference configuration or completing specified assessment and documentation work. This example does not assume that every component substitution automatically requires a new laboratory test.

Before release, obtain the technical decision, update the applicable references, and verify that the final goods match the accepted configuration. Reconcile those units with the packing list. Before dispatch, compare the latest invoice and packing list with the actual models and carton quantities selected. Remove held goods from the release instructions and account for replacements.
